Banking Customer Adviser
As a result of their continued success in the Banking market, my client, a top performing high street bank with a whole of UK coverage, is now looking to hire a consummate sales adviser for their Swansea branch.
As a Customer Adviser, you are responsible for ensuring all customers are catered for when they walk into the branch, whether they be looking to open an account, discuss their overdraft, dispute an item on their statement or looking for the latest mortgage offer.
As the first point of contact, youll need to be confident in front of people and have a pleasant and professional disposition. You must have at least 12 months sales experience, gained from within a face-to-face environment but dont worry if its not financial as full training will be given, before you join the branch.
