Outbound Customer Service Advisors
We are currently looking to recruit temporary outbound Customer Service/Sales Agents for our client based in Swansea City Centre.
Our client requires confident employees to collect outstanding payments and retain active customers. Previous experience in credit control would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate should have:-
· Excellent communication skills
· Be customer focused
· Self motivated
· Be target driven
· Have a professional telephone manner
· Good IT skills
· A positive "can do" attitude
The right candidate will ideally have experience of a target driven and customer focused environment. Although full training will be provided.
This is initially a temporary assignment, for approximately 3-6 months. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 12pm – 9pm and Saturday 10am – 6pm. Successful candidates will be required to work 5 days out of 7.
The rate of pay will be set at £6.75 per hour with an additional achievable OTE of £179 per month
