Housing Options Advisor



Housing Option Officer is required to provide front line services and advice regarding a wide range of housing issues and seeking out solutions for the service users to prevent homelessness.



The position will require you to:

1) Make decisions on homeless applications under relevant legislation

2) Evaluate individual circumstances

3) Make appropriate referrals to other housing teams

4) Complete tasks in accordance with Housing Centre expectations.



The successful candidate will be able to problem solve, organise others and able to work well under pressure.

An up to date knowledge of relevant legislation is required.
