ROLE



Your key objective is to maximise branch net operating profit through the management of every business transaction reflecting my Clients services as a quality company through ensuring all Client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive quality service. In addition a successful Branch Manager will develop a stable and successful branch team, while developing individuals to their maximum potential in order to achieve company and branch objectives.



IDEAL CANDIDTATE



• You will be a dynamic & experienced Branch / Area Manager with a proven track record in the Recruitment Industry.

• Be sales focused, willing to prospect, visit, tender and complete strongly to secure new business

• Be confident & capable of developing high performing Consultants into both Perm & Contract / Temps

• Capable at budgeting, targeting, coaching & mentoring

• Be ambitious and willing & able to climb the career ladder
